Cloud operations, approved
You don't need to hire SREs anymore.
Every cloud change runs through one flow: request, plan, approve, execute, audit. Only the plan that was approved ever runs. No SRE on staff, and operations still move, with the evidence to prove it.
Available for AWS. Google Cloud and Azure are next.

Start from the assumption
that you can't hire.
The person who could own your infrastructure isn't coming. The changes still arrive every week. So hand them to a system instead of a person.
Months to hire
A platform engineer takes months to find and more to ramp up. The backlog of changes does not wait.
One person
takes a week off, and every change that week stops with them.
No evidence
The auditor asks who changed what and why, and you go digging through chat history.
One flow, from request to execution.
How it works- 01
Request
The business team writes what they need, in plain language. No CLI, no IaC.
- 02
Plan
The request becomes an executable plan, with the change and its blast radius laid out for an approver to read.
- 03
Approve
Approvers review the plan and sign. The signature is bound to a hash of the plan's contents.
- 04
Execute
Only a plan whose hash still matches runs. A plan edited after approval does not.
- 05
Audit
Every decision and every execution lands in an append-only log you can hand straight to an auditor.
Built to be trusted
with production.
Not "automation". Approved decisions, executed exactly. The rules live in the product, not in a runbook.
Only the approved plan runs
Execution starts only if the hash of the plan's contents matches the one that was approved.
Bundle requests, approve once
Related changes travel as one request, so approvers aren't asked five times for one outcome.
The audit log can't be rewritten
Append only. Not even an administrator can update or delete an entry.
No standing access
Short-lived credentials are obtained per execution. We never hold your long-lived keys.
Who it's for.
Request and approve cloud changes without knowing a CLI or an IaC tool.
Bring the operations you outsourced back under your own sign-off.
Stop being the person who "just clicks the button".
Routine changes go to the system. Your time goes to design and reliability.
Born from ringi, the Japanese way of deciding.
In a Japanese company, a change is written up, circulated, and stamped by each person responsible before anyone acts. The ritual is called ringi. It is slow on paper, but it gets one thing right: the decision and the record are the same object.
Actagate keeps that idea and drops the paper. The plan is the document, the approval is the stamp, and nothing executes without it.
